Cannot receive incoming calls to Landline from Vodafone mobiles

Vodafone mobiles cannot connect to my Virgin landline at home, which basically means I cannot call home. I dont choose which network my mobile is on as it is a company phone. This has been raised many times, I have had engineers round to "resolve" the problem, and even they say they have no idea how to fix it. 

 

I've been in touch with Vodafone as well and they don't know how to fix it either. Unfortunately, I need to be able to call home (as most people would expect to do this simple task!), and if I cannot get this resolved soon I will be complaining officially and taking my business elsewhere. This has been going on for months and months now.

 

I am really hoping someone else has had something similar and can offer some answers. Might I add, all other mobile networks work fine.

We are having this exact issue. We've spoken to so many people and can't seem to get an answer!! Can someone PLEASE help?? It's driving me mad.

Sorry to hear you're also experiencing issues receiving calls to your landline from Vodafone mobiles, we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

From looking into the account we can confirm we have been in contact with Sky to ensure that everything is set up correctly following the port at the beginning of the month. We should  have an update for you early next week and the team will be in touch.

Thanks! We have had so many people say they'll get back to us and then they don't. The guy who I spoke to yesterday said he'd call back but then didn't. I just don't have the time to keep chasing it up. 

We will also keep an eye on this for you Bexah89, if you haven't had a call by the end of the day Monday let us know and we can look into it further.
