I wanted to know if I cancelled my home phone line, how much would my bill reduce by. The chat line asked me to use WhatsApp and I replied that I don’t use it. After saying this a few times I was them unable to log on and a blank m page came up

Sadly one of the things we are not able to assist with on here are billing and package changes.
If you have 3 services, removing the landline might not actually save you a great deal . The discount you have also gets removed and the price stays around the same. You can call us if you wish. It's 150 free from your landline
