Hi I want to cancel the engineer visit on 5th November 0800-1300 to fix the problem with my phone extensions since Virgin switched to fibre phone line. I have fixed the problem myself by moving the BT Master socket next to the Virgin hub and connecting it to the adapter you sent. All working fine now so I no longer need a visit. I have tried phoning and using SMS via Virgin link but had no response. Thanks
