For almost 2 months I have had inconsistent landline service. More down than running.
Checked with various handsets, nothing! Yet service checker claims nothing wrong in my area?

Thanks for posting this on our forums, I am sorry you're having this issue with your landline services!
I have had a look at your service on my side and can see there is a landline fault in your area that is affecting your service.
It was raised today and has an estimated fix date and time of 16/07/2022 00:05:00, so I am sorry if this is causing you some disruption. Our engineers are aware of it and are trying to get it fixed as soon as possible!
On a side note, can I ask if you've had any issues with your broadband recently please? I've done a total health check and can see some stats with your broadband are unbalanced. They usually require an engineer call out to fix but if you're not experiencing any adverse affects then we can leave it for now.
