Ive just disabled call divert and removed anytime calls and down graded to Talk Weekends but now I cant receive incoming calls.
Got a failing tone and can make outgoing calls without issue
I’m going on holiday today so was wondering whether this fault can be looked remotely via someone at Virgin?

We are sorry to hear that you have been having issues receiving landline calls.
Ideally it'd be helpful if you were at the property at the time as there will be some things which we may ask you to do with the equipment to look at this issue further.
