Outgoing calls start off clearly then go completely inaudible to the point where I have to hang up. Manchester to Redditch if that's any use.

I was able to locate your account using your forums details, can you please tell me how long this has been happening for? I can see that it is showing as unreachable, can you tell me if it is plugged in?

It happens every time I ring.
The phone is plugged in, switched on and I get a dialtone. Incoming calls are OK.

So this only happens when you try to call sky customers is that right? Are you able to call others without an issue?

Other outgoing numbers work as do incoming calls.

You will need to contact sky if that is the case, we would not be able to resolve this for you unfortunately.
Please contact Sky and find out why you are unable to connect to people on their network.
