Hi, I see that others have a similar problem but no solutions offered. Last week we were unable to make or receive calls. An engineer sorted this by replacing a faulty card in the system but since then caller display has not worked. We rely on this service to screen calls and have tried everything with the handset to no avail. Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Sorry to hear that you have had issues with your landline. I have been able to locate your account and re-add the feature on. Please could you give this a try in about 60 mins and let me know if its working or not.
