Can anyone explain why caller display/caller ID has stopped working please. We are in Chelmsford area.
Every caller comes up as ‘private caller’, whereas a month ago there was no issue.
I tried the self help on the online portal but that goes round in circles with no option to call or message someone.
Called 150 and got told by Bot that needed to use the online portal!
Any help much appreciated

Sorry to hear about the issue you've been having here - sometime this can happen if there has been a fault in the area or in the local cabinet. What I will do is send you over a private message so that I can have a look into this for you.
