I am very sorry to hear you're having some problems with your caller display function recently. First, can you check our Service Status Dashboard to see if this is related to an issue in the area that we're already working on? If it is, it'll also report a current estimated fix date/time.
Along with this, can you also clarify if you're facing any other problems with any of your services (landline, TV, broadband)?
