Caller display and 1471 no longer working on landline

We had a repair a few weeks ago to our landline and now both caller display and 1471 are not working.

Both are including in our package. As the phone is only showing 'incoming call' it does not block unwanted or withheld numbers any more. We just received a call saying they were a police officer and had arrested someone with our credit card .. we can't even report the number although luckily we knew it was a scam as we have no way to tell what it was.

Could you look into the caller display and 1471 urgently please?
