Caller ID and 1471

Hi,

I had issues with my landline not accepting incoming calls, which has now been rectified.

However, caller ID and 1471 don't seem to be working now.

Can someone check this please?

I have taken a look over things and updated the switch, please could you try both and let me know if this has worked?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline. 

 

Please could you let me know how your landline connected? Is it via the traditional wall socket or via the hub?
