Caller ID Stopped Working.

Hi,

Caller ID no longer works on my landline since mid September. All calls coming into my call blocker are showing UNKNOWN on the display which would indicate that it can no longer read any numbers.

Please could you check that this function is enabled on my landline.

Please also check if voicemail is enabled as that appears to have stopped too.
