Hi there
My Caller ID is not displaying the incoming number anymore. It used to work but stopped since I put my SIM into my new phone, the ZTE Axon 30 5G
The phone is totally capable of displaying the ID and had done so in the past so it would appear that there is a problem at the Virgin end, so can someone investigate.

I have removed Caller Id and re added it from here
If you can turn the phone off and on again and see if that works please
You may also need to try this
Press GSM call settings. Press Additional settings. Press Caller ID. Press Show number to turn on caller identification.

It came from another handset, no issues there

It might be best to also contact the manufacturer of the handset
If the caller ID was okay on the previous handset, then we can rule out the fault with the Sim
