Caller Display stopped working about 12 July 2021. Checked all connections and checked settings on home phone.
26 July 2021 contacted VM and spoke to 5 different people over 3 hours. Confirmed that Caller Display is in my contract. Eventually passed to Second Line Team, they said CD was set up and they switched it off and back on again. Still not working. Have since purchased a new BT Call Blocker phone and just set this up, CD still not working.
Please look at this problem for me and find a solution.

Hi Colin, thanks for passing account security.
I have had a colleague update/refresh the settings on the switch. This should have restored your caller display. Would it be possible to test it? Try calling from your own mobile?

Caller Display Now Working.
Lee, whatever has been done has worked. CD is now working.
