Call divert

Can anyone help we had a technician call today to switch our phone to the new system. Problem is we had call divert before which I turned off today but can't get it back on. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that your Call Divert seems to have been deactivated during the switchover.

I've had a look from this end and everything appears to be as it should. You may just need to set it back up again on your end.

Can you please follow the instructions on how to set up a divert here and let us know if that works? If not, we'll be here to help further 😊

Thanks for your help. The problem has now been sorted after a few phone calls to Virgin and I now have to use a different code from the original one to turn it off and on.
