Call divert

I have requested that my call divert be turned back on as it was turned off after a call to change my subscription. Not that I asked for it to be removed. I called on 24th of January but it’s still not on. How long will it take?

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your call divert being activated.

Have you tried to turn the feature back on via your landline?

If you're not sure how to do this, please follow the instructions on page 10 here, you would need to follow instructions under the purple heading.

Yes, I have tried several occasions but it says the service is unavailable on my line. 
I had it before so don’t understand why it’s not there now. Can you actually check this rather than sending me how to pages as I know how to turn the feature on and off.
