Cable box is open to the elements. A ty wrap is loosely securing the box together although when it rains I get excessive interference on the house phone. How do I get it secured or new box fitted
We would need to arrange a service Technician to attend and replace the box and connections as they will have been open to the elements

Hi the visit went well, box replaced by engineer. Came to the door to explain what was going to happen, the only thing that I would say was a negative was after he finished the job was leaving without saying goodbye so never really knew if he was going to do a test of the line or if he had completed the job
