 I have brodband package with phone line, but I'm not use is. 

How do I cancel or change a package?

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Thanks for getting in touch. If you need to make any changes to your package, please give us a call on 0345 454 1111 / 150 or via SMS 0753 305 1809 and WhatsApp on 07305 327 112 our team will be more than happy to perform a package review for you. 

Please bear in mind, if you are in a contract with your phoneline service that their might be early disconnection fees for cancelling the service. The team will be able to advise you further with the deals and options available to you.
