Have been trying all day online to book an engineer. The person at virgin was as slow as a weekend in the jail so after 15 minutes waiting for them to come back to me/move matters on I gave up. Landline isn't working, no dial tone, can't receive or make calls, have carried out all the tests numerous times and nothing. Can't even book an engineer online through my account which is just ridiculous. How can I book an engineer?

This has been ongoing for a few months now. I did have engineers booked and either they've cancelled or I have due to covid which is understandable. Just the time I spent online today to get absolutely nowhere was ridiculous.
