Hi, what's happening with my mums account? No phone service all day, the virgin package has changed and the phone has been removed. Someone from virgin called her phone yesterday to say that an engineer would call today to put her a landline in rather than going through the hub, no one has been and she now has no phone, which she is dependent on for her on call system.
Hi, an engineer called a few minutes ago and got her phone working, however he said the cable to the property is old and has a fault, he's booked her in to have a new cable installed. Sorry for my frustration, just wanted to make sure she's not without a working landline.
