Hi my landline hasn't worked for weeks. I've looked and apparently I should have received a letter and an adaptor? I have received neither so how do I get an adaptor? Paying for a landline that I can't even use and haven't been able to for weeks!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums, brycie32,
Sorry to hear that you landline isn't working. Can you confirm if you phone is plugged into the wall or into the hub?
Have you checked if there is a landline fault in the area? https://virg.in/servicechecker

Hi there is no fault and hasn't been every time I have checked online. The phone line has always been connected into the wall socket.

Hi anybody there to reply to my last answer? No phone line service problems and never has been everytime I have done a check and the phone is plugged into the wall.

No dial tone. Phone rings but can't hear anyone. When I use my mobile to phone the landline and answer it I can still hear the phone ringing through my mobile. All it says is check phone line. I have checked and unplugged everything and tried again...even bought a new phone incase the phone was faulty but nothing has fixed it.

It may be that someone needs to take a look at your connection. I've sent you a private message to confirm your account details.

Hm not really helpful...is there some sort of time scale by postcode? I'm the same as Brycie 32 landline hasn't worked for ages, to be honest not that bothered as anyone who wants us would call our mobiles - and Virgin have said it would be more expensive (even!) to remove it, but I thought the answer would be more comprehensive...
