When we use 1471, we get the msg "sorry there is a fault" , been for the last couple of days.

line tests ok, phone service showing on status as ok.

I'm in the CM23 area, Bishop's Stortford

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to use the 1471 service currently. So we can look in to this further for you I will need to confirm some details and pass data protection.
