After a recent issue with our phone we now get the following when dialing 1471, "Sorry, the service requested is not available from this line".

Please can you advise how to fix?

Hi Ian,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you aren't able to get 1471 since having a fault, 

This is something we can help with, sometime after a fault especially on the phone line features can stop working on the switch, I will need to invite you into a private chat so I can get further details, I will send the invite shortly, please click on the purple envelope to accept?
