Hello I’ve been trying to resolve the above issue for over 2 weeks now with online agents each time saying they’ve resolved the issue - I had 1471 and caller id working perfectly until last year when we had an issue with our phone line which was repaired by virgin and the services haven’t worked since then - would appreciate some assistance please - thank you

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issues using the 1471 feature.
I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and been through a few diagnostics.

Hi Alex - thank you so much 1471 is now working - caller id isn’t though it says on my phone screen - no number - can you resolve or is this a handset issue?
