1471 Not Working

I have tried the live text service and 150 phone and all I get is that it is my equipment at fault. Yet this same issue has been resolved for others on this forum. Help!

Hi @JP2003 thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

I am sorry to hear you're having issues with 1471.  Just for clarification, are you referring to checking who last called you?  Or do you mean withholding your number when calling?

Hi Lee,

It is failing to do either withholding my number or giving the last number to call me. The agent on 150 said they will add caller withheld (which I should have anyway) but that the last number dialled was the fault of my equipment and not something they can change. I get a message saying Sorry the service requested is not available from this line. I have seen this elsewhere on this forum and they have had the issue successfully resolved. Thanks
