shocking latency massive lag in game wv10 200MB

so been witn virgin for years on and off think its almost time for another off the latency is killing me literally all i want to do is come home after a 12 hour shift and save the world evry now and then on cod but over the last month or so the latency and lag is beyond belief a tech came out about a month ago gave me the normal heartfelt response of its got to be the servers your on mate as the broadbands working perfect but i will chuck you a new craphub 4 that should help as i can not see any issues (so why give me a new hub) but tonight i couldnt save a penny never mind the world (forgive me cods a break from the humdrum of the real world noise) aint sure if this link will display (i play cod i dont write code)but all i do know is the tech from virgin wouldnt tell porkies honest its not over utilization of the line no its the bad servers from ps5 and cod will this bullshizzle ever end from virgin any words of wisdom a small branch of hope to hold on to or pointed in the direction of a actual service provider that can handle 1 ps5 online hard wired for a hour or two a night😂

Hi yeah I will give it a reboot but seeing as the issue of lag is from a hired wired device and the fact the tech rebooted it when he visited seems a little bizarre that that’s not showing your end and as for the utilisation ticket being closed it clearly has not been addressed so again to all who may pass this posting by please be very wary of what virgin media promise in respect to broadband speed as it will not stay that way for long BT has slow speeds but they are stable I made the mistake of coming back to virgin and will soon be on my way again 

I'm logging these all, there are way too many people suffering from this exact problem, definitely enough to report on.

HI Martin im going to go out on a limb and say something your end is not giving a true picture of whats going on clearly please see links this is getting worse not better so it seems something at virgin media is away withe the fairies or just celebrated really hard over christmas and santa wasnt the only thing in red to visit this festive period please see first link and a couple others clearly this is not fixed resolved and possibly never will be all i know is i will be told its fixed its resolved and no one at virgin media reads from a script 🤣

amusing how you enquired about akashmash and not once thought my issue would need a response

this is certainly taking the pee now another night i cannot game without massive lag and bouncing round the game theres only me online with a 200m connection ive seen dial up perform better think its time to escalate this to CISAS this complaint is over 18 months old all the while paying full price for a [REMOVED] service someone needs to deal with this issue soon

Right behind you on this. Virgin media have figured out a way to ensure download speeds and upload speeds at the cost of latency and a consistent quality connection. Latency issues are much harder to report and they obviously just don't care. Switch provider.

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues affecting your gaming. 

Your speeds are showing at 211 down and 21 up, which is a good expected range for your package. We are picking up 13ms latency, no packet loss, and 1 disconnection in the early hours of 25th December. 
Are you still using the PS5? Do you experience the latency on every game of Warzone or does it happen on other games you plays multiplayer online?
I do appreciate this is a frustrating experience for you, we will do everything we can to help support you.
