Re: router status - network log - priority = critical

There are moments when the internet connection appears to not be functioning, ie it just hangs. Also, I got a call from someone in India (claiming to be virign media support) they said that I have connection and speed issues and told me that I don't have access to these log files, but maybe I do. Basically should I bother contacting Virgin myself directly?

Post the rest of the HUB data from the 'Downstream' and 'Upstream' tabs.

Also create a BQM and post the live link, and we can check for you.

Ok, HUB stats look 'OK' (Downstream power levels a touch high, but in spec).

Make sure you create a BQM and post the link to it.
