Working great here tonight in N4 Finsbury park. No packet loss or lag in Battlefield or Black Ops.

First half of today is looking very good; absolutely no packet loss since midnight last night.  There's the odd large spike in ping, but I'm not so worried about that right now.

Mine not perfect and a tiny hint of packet loss this morning, the real test will be later today when the kids all go online and game.

Last night the connection was fine, the quality graph showing some packet loss peaks, but nowhere as sever as in the past.

Little packet loss once in a while but not as bad, still do lag in game a bit, but i think thats just the hub3

Update from my end. I am still getting issues from my end:

However, after using the Virgin Broadband Diagnostic Tool, I get the following results (the following channels are under 37 SNR dB - the rest are 37 or 38):

Constantly get these warnings and critical messages

Oz play fortnite, go Into settings when in the battle bus lobby under HUD turn on net debug, then in the game it will show you if you have any packet loss
