First half of today is looking very good; absolutely no packet loss since midnight last night. There's the odd large spike in ping, but I'm not so worried about that right now.
However, after using the Virgin Broadband Diagnostic Tool, I get the following results (the following channels are under 37 SNR dB - the rest are 37 or 38):
