Re: packet loss

If they had a change window on the 23rd December then it's an even more clownshoes outfit than I thought.

Re: packet loss

What sucks the most is unless you're playing video game online or intensely watching streams / streaming it won't affect you.

Tried playing it last night and sadly lost a game right at the death because I teleported through some wall, however my team mates said they saw me just standing still. What a shame.

I hope we get some sort of compensation for this. I'm paying £60+ to play games online and can't even play them.

Re: packet loss

"If they had a change window on the 23rd December..."

My BQM shows the issue started just after 04:00 on Friday 21 December.  IIRC some others have posted the same date/time.

If you can confirm your packet loss started on 23 December then that might just possibly help VM narrow down the causes(s).

Another feature some of us had in common was respite from 03:00 to 15:00 on 29 December.

Re: packet loss

So I have spoken to them again as my system seemed to be ok for a window of a few hours yesterday before going back to normal. I’ve had money credited to my account but their technical team suggested that everyone experiencing problems call up again as they no longer have a technical issue logged for Area 15. After whatever they did yesterday it’s been logged as resolved. They don’t care about posts here, they need all of us calling in and complaining, if they get a certain number of calls, they will raise another area ticket.

Re: packet loss

It was the 21st December in E9, as (some people may know) weekend league on Fifa 19 starts on a Friday, which is when I first noticed the awful lag/teleporting/disconnections on every single game I tried to play.
