Hi all,

Started my own thread on this but figured i'd post here too. Living in N4 and have had intermittent packet loss since the New Year, perhaps before. 

Someone further up claimed that the problem had been fixed three hours ago - this seems unlikely since i'm still getting loss as time of writing.

The engineer who came today left me his number so i'll let you all know if there's any advancement.

Yep, averaging out at 5% packet loss whilst latency stays low seems to be a sure sign. Setup a Broadband Quality Monitor if you want to confirm its the same issue, should look like everyone else with red icicles of doom along the top. Also, definitely not fixed.

@samuarl   What router are you using, latency is pretty good compared to mine

N16 here (Stoke Newington - Hackney), still not fixed.

ASUS RT-87U and SH3 hooked up in modem mode. But honestly the difference in latency could be caused by a lot of things such as length and route of cable to CMTS

So, I went online at around 1830 and the recent problems seemed to have gone away. No rubber banding, no lag. Until 2 minutes ago where it went back to how it was. I’m not sure if this is connected but I’m worried it was a short lived fix.
