As requested here's the BQM as you can see massive packet loss, Virgin have acknowledged a fault at the exchange, i've given them until Thursday to fix'

Don’t think area code is the same as postcode etc, flexipaul are you anywhere near E9, E8, N4 or N1?

Yes that's area 15. I've seen a few people today from N7 having the same problem . I am in N4 .

yes area 15 I've been told Thursday but for some reason they temp fixed it Saturday daytime then it went again, it seems Virgin have no contingency for faulty equipment, there will soon be gigabit options where we are from different providers, so they better get their act together.

People living in Hackney and Islington seem to be affected. Someone else was told Tuesday for a fix by a engineer at his house. We will see I guess.

Its not been fixed and I don't hold out any hope for Virgin to actually get this done when they said it will be done, they're already telling people different days, their lack of communication on this issue is also a problem for me, they admit there's a problem but refuse to divulge what it is, they also love to move customers onto each others nodes during outages and screw everyone's bandwidth, which is why we are getting packet loss as they try to squeeze double the peoples internet through something designed for half the capacity, why is there no contingency for this problem, another worrying aspect of this outage, Hyperoptic are just about to install at the bottom of my road and I think its time Virgin had some real competition.
