packet loss fifa

ive attached a screenshot of my route to a fifa server i play on, in the left hand side you see packet loss and looks like it is when it reaches there servers, is this correct? also what causes it and what can i do to improve it as gaming has been impossible for me since last year

Have you contacted EA to see if the servers issue resides with them

How are you connected to your Console

Yes I contacted them they told me there’s no problems and to contact my isp

I have located your account and everything looks fine, no reason why there would be issues.

What console are you playing this on? Is Fifa the only game you are experiencing this with?
