Apologies for the slow speeds you're experiencing, I know this can be frustrating. Can I ask if you're testing your wireless or hard-wired connection? Do you notice if the speed changes at different times of the day / night?

I do also wonder whether wireless plays a part though, if you have a chance please try some off peak Ethernet speed tests again.
