hi, my problem is the ping get high to 200 ms sometimes just cant playing with friends and having lag all the game , my internet speed go down to 1mb it was 5mb. 

Pinging 8.8.8.8 with 32 bytes of data:

I pay for 50mb and it only show 30mb ;(

Apologies for the slow speeds you're experiencing, I know this can be frustrating. Can I ask if you're testing your wireless or hard-wired connection? Do you notice if the speed changes at different times of the day / night?

I use wireless connection all the times and I test wired its the same speed , I don't notice any difference between the speed in the day , all day just high ping / slow speed

We do have an issue in the area with high traffic I am afraid, the reference is F005110835 and would like to carry out some improvement work, the review date for this is currently showing 20 SEP 2017. Please accept our apologies.

I do also wonder whether wireless plays a part though, if you have a chance please try some off peak Ethernet speed tests again.
