help with my BQM packet loss

 does this bqm look okay and or can somebody help with what’s going on with my packet loss issues I get it in both games I play online any help would be great and thank you in advance 

ps I’ve also got a engineer coming Tomorrow is there anything base on this bqm I can tell him ?

Cable broadband is not the best for gaming.  A xDSL connection will outperform cable in most cases, as the latency is lower.  You don't need 1GB to game. a good xDSL 20MB would be enough.

It's not a competition, but look at my BMQ form yesterday. And this is after a visit two weeks ago.

Ltd us know when/if this is sorted, as I have my own treat going on and want to see how you're issues is evolving. 

I had some mega strict online exams that I had to cancel mid way through because of this. Remotely invigilated and stuff like that...
