Xbox one Superhub 3 disconnect issues

Recently upgraded to the Superhub 3 and every since doing this my Xbox disconnects every 15-20 minutes which is quite annoying considering we are paying for top Internet. Happens on both wireless and wired connection and has only happened since we switched to the Superhub 3. Seen loads of other people with the same problem but no solution.

ive tried resetting the router, port forwarding and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? 

Seems to be a hardware problem with the Superhub 3 hub.

Please login to the Modem with a browser - 192.168.0.1

1: Change the Wifi Name's for 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz (You can use the same passwords)
Advanced Settings -> Wireless -> Security

2: Make sure the Devices are connecting to 2.4ghz if they are the other side of the house or upstairs. 5ghz if in the same room as modem.

3. Tick Disable Channel Optimization -> Photo of router setup can be seen on the first post on this thread:
Advanced Settings -> Wireless -> Wireless Signal

That's mainly for Wifi. if the problem persists after that your only other option is to try Modem Mode which disables Router Mode (No Wifi).

If that fails & the problem is still lurking you might have to ring 150 for a faster response cause here on the forum it could take up to 2 weeks(maybe longer) for a reply from a forum staff member.

Just an update, managed about half hour of gaming before being kicked offline again. Going to try and ring virgin next week as the problems getting beyond a joke now.

Update: so after getting no where I’ve decided to have the lovely conversation with Virgins helpline number. No help what so ever. Got told the problem didn’t exist and the problem didn’t lie with virgin (forums and the internet say differently) then got told by the operator to ring Xbox as the problem didn’t lie with them to which the phone line went dead.

Have you tried factory resetting the xbox? When asked choose to keep games and apps installed.

Settings -> system -> Console Info -> Reset Console

it keeps everything installed if you choose to keep games and apps.

You have to run through the Initial setup again which takes 3 mins.
