Recently upgraded to the Superhub 3 and every since doing this my Xbox disconnects every 15-20 minutes which is quite annoying considering we are paying for top Internet. Happens on both wireless and wired connection and has only happened since we switched to the Superhub 3. Seen loads of other people with the same problem but no solution.
ive tried resetting the router, port forwarding and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
Seems to be a hardware problem with the Superhub 3 hub.
Update: so after getting no where I’ve decided to have the lovely conversation with Virgins helpline number. No help what so ever. Got told the problem didn’t exist and the problem didn’t lie with virgin (forums and the internet say differently) then got told by the operator to ring Xbox as the problem didn’t lie with them to which the phone line went dead.
