I have seen previous posts regarding this issue and am experiencing it also.
I had a very helpful engineer come out just over a week ago who upgraded both my TV box and router . Unfortunately ever since I have had issues where my internet access drops to my hard wired Xbox One. It was may once every few hours but recently it is occuring twice an hour.
Previous posts have suggest some port configurations. I've seen other comments about upstream signals being too high?

Sorry for the connection problems with your Xbox, it sounds frustrating. I have checked your upstream levels and everything is fine. It's very possible that you might need to enable access to a few ports, here's a guide on how to do this.
