XBox One can no longer connect to wifi

Hi there

Up to this morning I have had no issues with wifi connections with any devices in the house, phones computers etc, but all of a sudden my network connection stopped working and we have all been switched to a different one automatically, which works for everything except my daughter's XBox.  We are no longer able to connect to internet via wifi at all, so I have tried ringing Virgin for help but they are telling me they can't help as it's to do with the XBox itself.  Being a complete technophobe I have no idea what I should do so was wondering if anyone else had this problem and is there a way to fix it?

thanks!

Re: XBox One can no longer connect to wifi

Hi Ade999

Are both the 2GHz and 5GHz networks showing when you try to connect on the Xbox? Try changing the wireless channel "here"and see if this helps?
