Hi. I am using the super hub 2. We have several devices connected via lan cable and wifi- both 2.4g & 5g. My sons XBOX is connected by WiFi ( tried 2.4 & 5) and he is experiencing a brief loss of signal for upto about 10 seconds then gets reconnected. We have re positioned his XBOX to where it it the strongest reception-both upload and download. The ping plus upload/download speeds are very good yet we are still experiencing short disconnects. We have tried connecting to just one specified channel rather than the XBOX looking for the best channel but it had no effect. I don't see the need to get a WiFi booster because of the speeds we are getting. Can any one help me (him) with any suggestions or can someone from virgin take a look at our recent connection??
