Hey guys,
I hope you can help please! I have had issues since last Thursday and have had an engineer visit the property on Tuesday who had no idea what was going on and just replaced the hub. The hub 3.0 i have.
It is so frustrating as I play games and it is now impossible and has been impossible since last Thursday. It constantly crashes and on the wifi pod it flashes white and then is fine but it takes ages to reconnect and also everything has been working perfectly since I had the internet set up so there is no problems with signal or distance from hub nothing like that. I just have no idea what to do.

Maybe your pod is faulty? Technicians don't carry pods or can test them

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your WiFi pods.
To confirm, if you disconnect the pod and directly connect to the hub, do you still have the issue?
