WarThunder Game Connection issue

Hi, recently when I play WarThunder, it would occur a game connection failure and sometime with high package lost, most of the situation happen at afternoon or evening.

Rebooting the modem will solve the problem temporarily, but the problem will still appear the next day.

Is there any other solution?

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.

And my admin webpage has a "virgin media Business" logo on it, but my bandwidth is 100mbps with price of 25£ per month, so I'm not sure if it's business account.
