Virgin is awful

Can't sign into Xbox live, origin or anything, my daughter can't play Roblox.

I'm on the gaming XL package, what a joke of a service, and I wish I hadn't left b.t.

Re: Virgin is awful

Surfing the net is ok but slow, I can't do any sort of gaming, or anything that requires to sign into, I had to turn the WiFi of my phone and use my data just to be able to post this as using the WiFi won't let me sign into these forums.

I've had this all weekend. Virgin broadband is a joke.

Re: Virgin is awful

Post your power levels from you SH.

I find VM great for gaming, never had an issue.

Re: Virgin is awful

Hello SnowfirE77

I am sorry you are having problems, the line and hub are looking good, area data too. At the moment it looks like you may be using you own router? Is this only a wireless issue by the way? Do you think it might be worth trying some Ethernet devices direct into the hub in router mode with your router off perhaps.

Thank you

Nicola

Re: Virgin is awful

It's sorted now but it 3 days, I had the hub 3 in router mode and it didn't make a difference.
