VALORANT Huge Ping MS Spikes

Hey,

Having a lot of issues with ping spikes in Valorant but no other games. This is mostly only happening during the day, in the evenings it is typically better, but there are still occasional spikes. Ping averages at 50 or so but spikes to 700+.

Pretty much unplayable rn

So it only happens on one game?

Are you hardwired to the hub?

This is only happening between 9am - 7pm or so, could it be due to congestion in the local area? The status on the website has no known issues in the area.

Really sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your broadband. I have done a background check and can see there is an SNR issue in your area, the reference is F008000626. It is currently estimated to be fixed 06 MAY 2020 12:50. 

 

Apologies for any disruption in the meantime, our engineers will be working hard to get this fixed.

Could you confirm if the SNR issue was resolved yesterday? We're still experiencing huge spikes in latency sporadically.

We can see that there is congestion in the area and the reference is F007997382  - estimated fix 03/06/20 - Chris 

Yikes, is there anything we can do in the meantime? Another month of unusable internet is crazy.
