Unstable ping and high latency while playing any kind of online game, specifically Valorant or CS

Recently switched to virgin media broadband under the m100 package, using the super hub 3. any kind of online gaming experience is unplayable from the crazy ping spikes/latency. I was wondering if anyone could help identify the issue since thanks.

PLEASE ignore the block of red someone reset the router in my household without knowing i set up the BQM

Please do not double post, another thread makes it difficult to follow and diagnose.  Thanks.

However, your BQM is not looking good, but your stats are fine.   This will need VM to diagnose from their end.

Hi thanks for reaching out sorry about the double post, I've heard the hub 3 and 4 are both awful for low latency gaming without there being any issues at all. Is there any way to solve that problem since in my household its the main use.

No it's the same situation no matter what the connection is just unstable with no consecutive ping/latency even with a wired connection. Even tried disconnecting all other connections bar the pc and still the same issue
