Colinwm86
On our wavelength

So a guy from virgin come out today and messed around with splitters and wires etc.  Still my lag persists, plus I seem to have a bit of jitter.  From he done what he done my power levels have all changed does this look good ? As I don’t know what it al means lol thanks I’m advance.  Also my log is full of errors but can’t post those because of the IP address.

hub stats look fine

you only mention lag so we have to guess what problem your having.

if your gaming over wifi check out this thread
https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Gaming-Support/FIX-FOR-PS4-LAG-SPIKES-WORKING-FOR-MANY/td-p/379...

you can also create a bqm and post the link to the live graph.

Plugged in via cat6 Ethernet to ps5.  When playing warzone and modern warefare I’m getting 3 yellow boxes that I’ve seen people saying online it’s not packet loss it’s packet burst?

Hi Colinwm86,

Thank you for reaching back out to us, your last BQM link isn't allow us to check it, I have had a look at things our end and cannot see any issues which may be causing this, I can only advise to keep running your BQM for a couple of Days then add the live results here making sure you don't post any personal information such as I P ETC.

Regards

Paul.

Seems to be fine over the past week when I’ve had the chance to get on.

Hi Colinwm86,

Thanks for popping back to update us.

The graph is looking OK and looking at your connection and hub, things are looking good too.

If you start to have further issues, pop back and let us know so we can have another look at things for you.

Thanks,
