Just looking at the stats because it was ok for a bit yesterday but went overnight again 😞
If you log into the router then the network stats are slightly different labelled rather than just clicking router status. All upstream traffic is DOCSIS 3.0 and on the download only has one 3.1 channel (32) the rest are 3.0.
That would suggest the power levels are too high and might be a possible cause. Would a technician be required?
Wouldn't be something to do with a firmware upgrade on the modem? I notice the password now is properly masked when entering it...
I am still having the same issues as before the wider area fault was supposed to be fixed on the 28th May but got moved out till the 1st June. Not sure if that was completed and closed but am having the issues still on upload.
Lots of timeouts but so many dropped packets on the BQM.
