Sale M33, BQM, poor service and support...

Hey guys,

 Sorry for a second post, but an admin edited my original due to my stupidly displaying my IP (thanks) Though you failed to offer any help due to this Smiley Sad

 

 

Since so called "upgrade" works at the Baguley HQ (Server I was told) This being several weeks ago.

I have been have massive issues. Unable to game or stream, even browsing is not what it should be. Constant spikes, disconnects, buffering when streaming etc. 

Now I have had 5 or 6 technicians at my house, each has "found" a fault and corrected it, usually a connection somewhere. Each has failed to solve the issues.

Last one said "trapped air from blowing fibre was causing white noise" 

Also told this will take to mid-September ??

I'm from the Wythenshawe M22 area (also uses the Baguley HQ afaik) and I have the same issues with disconnects and poor performance (mostly on WiFi though, maybe just an issue with the hub for me) , but all I ever get is "we don't see any issues from our end" and that's it.

Since an AFC has been to look there has been a marked improvement.

Its not perfect but its much better.
