Recently, I've started to have major latency issues and seemed to find no resolution. Whilst playing games such as call of duty and fortnite etc i face huge lag spikes. As a result of this, i can see my ping constantly drop from 25 all the way upwards to 400. This re-occurs every couple of seconds and makes the games unplayable. Previously i faced no issue with the latency of the sh3 however the last 2 weeks have been awful.
I am currently on the latest firmware. - 18.104.22.1688
I've been having the exact same issue since July 23rd. Virgin keep telling me nothing is wrong, I've had 2 engineers out to say the same thing and when I try and show them the issue on a simple ping test they tell me they don't understand what I mean. It's an absolute joke that Virgin aren't listening to us.
