Recommendations for best wired router for Hub4?

In the quest for ever lower latency, and trying to overcome the inherent issues with the PUMA chipset in H3/H4, I am keen to hear recommendations for wired-only low latency routers so I can switch the H4 to modem mode.

I'm not interested in gaming routers with wireless, as it seems I'll be paying a huge percentage of the cost for WiFi I will not use (I have Ubiquiti around the house that services the family requirements very well).

Bear in mind, modem mode doesn't remove the effects of the Puma chipset flaw and it will still be present using the Super Hub in this mode.

no. VM will not activate it, it will be a doorstop.

No because each hub is specific to each customer.

Same applies to me on Openreach FTTP,  I can't go on Ebay and buy a replacement Openreach Fibre ONT. My current ONT is linked to my account with BT.

Going fully ethernet isnt cheap either. depends how many ports your wanting.

Your already familer with UBIQUITI so me personally wouldnt mix and match.

The ER-4 will cover most users needs but the ER-6 has a few more options to play with.
