Hi there
Due to moving houses, I got my M200 fiber package installed 2 days ago. While the speed is great, my pings are fluctuating by about 10ms (no biggie her) but my jitter is really bad. It's extremely evident in certain games. Valorant is unplayable due to this. Player movements popping all over the screen. Overwatch is not ideal either.
I was getting way better performance back on my M100 back in my old place. 😞
I've tried restarting both my TP Link and Hub 3.0 (in Modem mode) and no such luck.

Good Morning @spaceman, thanks for your post on our Community Forums, and a very warm welcome to you!
Sorry to hear of the issues on the connection.
I've been able to run a flow and there doesn't appear to be an issue flagged, however it would be recommended to disconnect your third party router and then perform a pin hole reset to then see if this connection performs to a higher standard.
Could you possibly also set up a Broadband Quality Monitor so we can see how the connection performs over the next 24-48 hours?
Kindest regards,
David_Bn
